Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking or cooking with my wife (we both love good food and any excuse to spend time outdoors). That balance between nature, movement, and real connection inspires the way I approach health and life in general.

Hey, I’m Bailey. I’m a functional medicine practitioner passionate about helping people uncover the root causes of their symptoms and create realistic, actionable plans for better health. Over the years, I’ve worked with women navigating everything from stubborn hormone imbalances and gut issues to the frustrating “I just don’t feel like myself” moments that don’t always fit into a neat diagnosis.

My approach blends compassion and curiosity with evidence-based strategies. I love digging into lab results, lifestyle patterns, and nutrition habits, not to overwhelm you with information, but to help you truly understand what’s happening in your body and give you a clear path forward. Because when you have answers, you can finally take a deep breath and focus on feeling better.
